In order to be able to process your after-sales service request as quickly as possible and under the best conditions, you MUST send us the following documents:
- a copy of your invoice or receipt with the date of purchase (Please note that purchase orders are not accepted)
- A video of the breakdown encountered (not a picture)
- the lot number written under the night light
ALL REQUESTS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION CANNOT BE PROCESSED.
Please also fill in all the requested fields so that we can process your request as soon as possible.
