Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) will be shipped the same day.
Any order placed after 12:00, the shipment will be processed the next day.
Whatever the chosen shipping method, once the shipment has been processed, you will receive by email the tracking number of the delivery as well as the name of the carrier of your package.
The shipping time is 3 working days if you are in France, between 3 to 5 working days for Europe and between 5 to 7 days for the DOM-TOM.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling, postage and customs fees for some countries. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order; otherwise, you will have to pay the shipping fees for each of them. We take great care in packaging your items.
*Free delivery for orders over €30 (before discount) in France and certain European countries. Check your eligibility by entering your address when you finalise your order.

Payments by credit card are made through our partner “Stripe”.
Your credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram are encrypted in the transmission in order to protect you and to ensure that no data is transmitted in clear text.
You can also pay securely with Paypal by credit card or bank transfer.

Once you have made your purchase, we will debit you as soon as we have validated your order.
